Despatch:
My aim is to despatch items within 3 days of receiving payment or cheque clearing. Sometimes this is not always possible, please email if you are worried about your order. Some items are made to order and will take a little longer. If an item is not available I will inform you by email and you can then choose whether to put the item on back order, pick a another item or take a refund.
Returns:
If you are not completely satisfied with any item from Mollys House Miniatures you may return it for a refund on the item(s) returned within 10 days of receipt. The item should be returned in the original packing whenever possible and in a condition fit for resale. Goods are returned at customers expense. Any costs incurred by me for the collection of returns will be deducted from the refund due.
Incorrect, faulty or damaged goods will be replaced or refunded. Please email me as soon as possible.
Privacy:
I value the privacy of my customers. If you choose to buy from me I will need certain information in order to deal with your order, ie: email address, name and address. I will only use that information for the purpose of completing your order and for no other. I will not divulge any information to third parties nor send any unsolicited email.
